Included topics featuring the early years of Fargo including the construction of the sewers, sidewalks and streets. Also of interest is the city council’s handling of the construction of the very first Front Street (Main Avenue) bridge over the Red River, and a small pox epidemic in Fargo
Digitization was done through the City of Fargo. In addition to the digitization, the original minutes up to 2002 were donated to the Institute for Regional Studies Archives Manuscript Collection at the NDSU Archives.
