Fusion360 - Part1

This workshop is free and open to all NDSU and Tri-College* affiliated students, faculty, staff. We will introduce the basics of modeling within Fusion360. Learn how to navigate the interface, sketch/extrude, as well as export and import files for different applications like 3D printing.

Space is limited so please sign up early.

This workshop also requires you to have your own laptop computer. After submitting this form, a Thank You page will appear with download instructions.

Designing for 3D Printing

This workshop is free and open to all NDSU and Tri-College* affiliated students, faculty, staff. We will showcase different ways to design parts to be manufactured with 3D printing. 
Space is limited so please sign up early.

This workshop does not require you to bring any additional hardware. If you do have  a laptop with a design on it for review, we encourage you to bring that device with.

*NDSU affiliates will have first priority in securing a spot within the workshop.

3D Printing Meetup

Jake Clark will be talking and showcasing NDSU's 3D printing capabilities as well as Dean of Libraries, Joe Mocnik, will chat about the future of NDSU Libraries. Beverages and light snacks will be provided by Fargo 3D Printing.

The Meetup is open to NDSU students, faculty, and staff, as well as the Fargo-Moorhead community!

Parking: Please park behind Jimmy Johns and/or Spicy Pie in the T1 lot; walk across 12th Ave to the north and enter in the main entrance of the library. Look for the Fargo 3D Printing stand-up banner in the main corridor.

Drop by and join us for a workshop or one of our drop-in clinics. All workshops and clinics will take place in Room 110 of the Main Library. Bring your own device or borrow a laptop from us to follow along. You are welcome to bring your lunch!

We can help you get started with a citation manager or, you can just drop-in to ask that one pesky question! We provide support for EndNote, Mendeley, and Zotero to manage your citations, create bibliographies, share your research and more.
