How to Renew Library Materials
Renew NDSU Libraries materials
Click on My Account at the top right of the Libraries' home page.
Then select Sign in
Sign in using your Campus Connection username and password. Then select My Account in the top right corner of your screen. The account page contains a list of materials you currently have checked out. Select specific items to be renewed or renew all the items checked out.
Once you have renewed the material(s) the status of the item or items will change to Renewed and the new due date will appear.
Renew Interlibrary Loan materials
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) materials can be renewed no earlier than one week before their due date. Under Services select ILL.
Select Log in to Illiad and enter your username and password (these can be unique from other NDSU usernames and passwords).
Select Checked Out Items under View in the left hand tool bar. A list of items currently checked out will open. Select the transaction number of the item you would like to renew.
Click the Renew Request button on top of the transaction information box.
A message will appear confirming a successful request. Interlibrary Loan will request a renewal from the lending library - this may take a few days. You will not be charged overdue fines during this time. Once the Interlibrary Loan department receives a reply, an email will be sent to you with either a new due date or instructions for returning the item you have and options for requesting it again if needed.
