Scope and Contents The Frank W. Meyer Photograph Collection spans two decades from the early 1950s to the late 1960s; including photos of Fargo winters and summers, parades, floods, tornado pictures, and even a downtown fire. The collection consists of 51 images, all slides or digital scans from the original slides.
