Scope and Contents From the Collection: Each entry has been assigned a number with the collection arranged in numerical order. The amount of material for any one entry varies from one newspaper clipping to numerous items. Additions to the collection are ongoing. The collection is maintained in the Institute office and requests for items should be made to the Institute staff.

Scope and Content From the Collection: The William Cordes Photograph Collection consists of fifty-six glass negatives that were taken by Mr. Cordes. For thirty of them copy prints were made by the Institute. There are forty-two 5x7 in. negatives and fourteen that are 3 ¼ x 4 ½ in. The negatives that have not been printed are either similar images to those that were printed, or those thought to be of poorer quality. Scope and Content From the Collection: The Cal Olson Photograph Collection is a diverse collection of images taken by Mr. Olson, that spans from the 1950s to the 1970s and its images include such topics as the Fargo tornado in 1957, Native Americans, and the Vietnam War. Most were taken by Cal Olson while photographic journalist for the Fargo Forum.
