From the Collection:
The William Ballou Photograph collection contains 5 items. Three are photographic prints, one is of William Ballou as an elderly man, the second print appears to be a copy made from a painting, and the third is a photographic postcard of William Ballou with Emil Seidel, Milwaukee Mayor (1910-1912), S.B. Salverson, and others seated in a car. There are also two cased photographs. One appears to be an ambrotype, and shows an unidentified woman holding a baby. It is in very poor condition. The second cased photograph is a daguerreotype of an unidentified man.
