Scope and Content
From the Collection:
The Lobben Sisters Photograph Collection has been broken down into three folders. The first folder shows photographs of teachers, and an organizational workshop that appears to have been taken in Evanston, Illinois in 1950. Names of participants, including Clara Lobben handwritten on back. The second folder contains a number of photographs that show students in classrooms, group photos, and in a class play. Some of the identified photographs include, Central High Junior Music Club Grand Forks, Mother's Party Roosevelt School, and scenes from the class play Mozart. The third folder contains pages that appear to have been removed from two separate photograph albums. One features the Roosevelt School bands with students and teachers, Helen House, Mrs. C. C. Thayer, and Gertie A. Lobben. The second set of album pages appear to be from 1926 Child Health Demonstration Project at Fargo's Roosevelt School.
