The Common School District #96 was operating with funds during an annexation process whereby the city of Fargo legally annexed the area in which the school operated. The money they were using during the court cases, it was argued, legally belonged to the city of Fargo to use for the Fargo Public Schools. This series contains civil and supreme court case documents.
Correspondence and agreements for the renovation and construction of the Ben Franklin school between 8th and 9th street north.
