Scope and Contents
From the Collection:
The Graver Coffee Shop Collection consists mostly of invoices, reports, and ledgers from the business operations of the Graver Coffee Shop between 1935 and 1943.
The Invoice Series takes up much of this collection and consists of mainly Fargo businesses from the Fargo/Moorhead area from 1935 to 1936 and 1941 to 1943.
The Employee Records Series consists of one folder of employee earnings from the Graver Hotel in the early 1940s.
The Check Stub Series includes general and payroll records from the Graver Hotel and Coffee Shop from 1939 to 1940.
The Reports Series consists of Daily Room Reports from the Graver Hotel between 1941 and 1943.
The Ledger Series consists of Graver Hotel Coffee Shop ledgers between 1941 and 1943.
