Scope and Contents
From the Collection:
There are five series: Members, miscellaneous, financials, alumni, and correspondence.
The Members’ series includes alphabetical listing of members by last name that has their application to join the alumni association as well as correspondence to that member. There are also membership lists, statistics on members, and inactive members’ lists.
The Miscellaneous series includes a miscellaneous folder and guest book for the alumni group.
The Financial series includes folders relating to the financials of the alumni group as well as financials relating to state expenditures. This series also includes receipt books for members paying their dues.
The Alumni series deals with lists of members, addresses and location information, and answers to a questionnaire that was sent out and foldered by class year.
The Correspondence series deals with general correspondence, correspondence to North Dakota state Nurses Association and other various correspondences.

The collection is open under the rules and regulations of the Institute.
