Biography
Adolph Edward (Ed) Seaburg, was born March 18, 1879 in Denmark to Nels and Hanne (Sonne) Seaburg. He immigrated with his parents to Fargo, North Dakota in 1884. His father was employed by the Northern Pacific Railway as a boilermaker. Ed joined the railroad at the age of 14. He advanced from fireman to locomotive engineer, retiring in 1951. He was married to Sadie Bump on February 19, 1899. They had two children, Harold and Blanche. He died on September 6, 1960, in Fargo.
