Biography
Born at Bismarck, N.D., son of Eugene Snow and Nellie Bigelow Neal. Attended North Dakota Agricultural College for three years. Owned a ranch near Garrison, N.D. which was flooded with the construction of Garrison Diversion project. Author of "Valley of the dammed" and "Last of the thundering herd.".
