Biography

Born Eunice Smyth, at St. Helen's, Ontario, daughter of James Smyth, who homesteaded near LaMoure, N.D. Attended Valley City Normal School, taught school in LaMoure County; wed Daniel Radcliffe in 1894. They farmed in Helendale Township, later moving to Fargo.
