Biography
Fred Aandahl of Litchville, N.D. served in the N.D. Senate (1931-1933 & 1939-1943), as North Dakota Governor (1945-1951), and in the U.S. House of Representatives (1951-1953). He also was Assistant Secretary of the Interior (1953-1961) during the Eisenhower Administration for eight years.
