Biography
John was born in Norway in 1863 to Hans H. Hanson. It is unclear when they immigrated to the United States. The family first farmed in Wisconsin before moving to Dakota Territory to farm under Dalrymple. He married Julia Hovden 1893 or 1984 in Cass County and he died in 1957.
