Biography

Johannes “John” Headland was born July 1837 in Norway. He was married Solveig Palmer in 1869. The Headland family immigrated to the United States in 1870-1871 via entry from Canada. The Headlands would eventually have six children and reside in Cass County, North Dakota. John would die in 1918 and is buried in Briarwood, North Dakota.
