Biography

The Flegel family immigrated from Kulm, Russia (Now part of Odessa, Ukraine) in 1892 and arrived in Quebec, Canada in August. The family included the father, mother, and five children. They eventual made their way to North Dakota where another relative, Fred Flegel lived near Ellendale, North Dakota.
