Biography

Born Anne Halloran, wed Michael D. O'Brien at Belleville, Ontario in 1879 and moved to North Dakota. In 1883, they moved to a farm west of Olga, N.D., moved to Langdon, N.D. in 1886. He served two terms as sheriff of Langdon and they managed a hotel in Langdon. Michael died in 1895, survived by Anne, their three daughters and two sons.
