Biography

Born at Hallingdal, Norway, son of Endre Swenson and Margit Torseth. Immigrated in 1874 to Kenyon, Minn., moved to N.D. in 1875. Wed Ingeborg Brujord in 1882. He was elected to N.D. House of Representatives in 1911. He died at Kindred, N.D.
