Typed article on a unique threshing machine known as the Sageng Combination Gasoline Thresher, invented by Halvor Sageng, a Lutheran minister, of Dalton, Minn. The Sageng Threshing Machine Co. existed from 1908 to 1912, producing twenty-one machines. One machine was purchased by Martin Wilberg of Nome, N.D. Also includes a copy of a 1910 advertisement for the thresher.

Biography

Roy Frydenlund was born August 7, 1920 in Barnes, North Dakota. He married Erna Laura Frydenlund on May 8, 1950. He died February 27, 2013 in Fargo, North Dakota.
