The title was changed with the September 1995 issue to “The Rainbow Press.” They also are larger and the format is more extensive with articles. The annual Award event images were arranged chronological in the album from 1995 to 2002. They all have identification with them. Most include articles likely related to the following section photographs. The last section consists primarily of the parades in various places. There are also several photographs of events.
