Biography
Charles Wesley Sibley was born in England in 1867. He immigrated to the United States in 1873 when he was six years old. He would marry Julia Viviene Hansen in 1898. They would eventually settle in northern Cass County near Grandin, North Dakota. He was a printer and would print the Grandin Chronicle. He and Julia had 8 children. They would eventually move to Rolette, North Dakota in 1920. Charles would die on December 21, 1927 in Granit Falls, Washington.
