Michael Schmidt was North Dakota State University who wrote this paper for history 489 in 2012. This paper is a look at the events of Zip to Zap riot and how it is perceived in memory. The Zip to Zap riot was an event in Zap, North Dakota where 3,000 people showed up to celebrate spring break.
