Biography
Jacob Pankratz was born to Andrew A. and Aganetha (Vogt) Pankratz in Marion, South Dakota. He would later move to west central North Dakota to live. He married Ottilie A Juhnke in 1908. Clifford A. Pankratz in 1908. They had one son, He would work for the war department and would eventually move to Phoenix, Arizona to live.
