Not much is known about the association. The certificate of incorporation lists the date as April 22nd, 1983. The registered agent listed in the articles of incorporation is John Johnson of Fargo, North Dakota. Other members listed include Harley School, Gary H. Olson, Ross Rehder, Ron Zimprich, Paul Nilson, Ken Omlie, and Vince Babler. These men were also its board of directors at the time in March of 1983.
