This collection contains a letter from Harold to Ethel, his final report card from Crookston High School, his final transcript from North Dakota Agricultural College, a letter from the North Dakota department of instruction, and a fee card from NDAC.

Biography

Harold D. Rasmusson was born 1894 in Minneesota to John R. and Elise Rasmusson in Moorhead, Minnesota. He graduated from Crookston, Minnesota High School in 1913. Harold then went to North Dakota Agricultural College where he participated in Little Country Theatre at NDAC, was part of the 1917 pledge class for Alpha Kappa Phi and did art for the 1918 Agassiz. He graduated with a degree in chemistry and took a job in Ashland, Wisconsin working for Dupont Powder works in 1918.

Harold married Ethel O. Forthman on January 25, 1922 in Illinois. He also had a daughter, also named Ethel.

Harold died in Bartlett, Illinois on August 14, 1978.
