Biography

In 1981 the North Dakota legislature established the North Dakota Centennial Commission to begin the planning and promoting (among other things) of the one hundredth anniversary of North Dakota Statehood. Through this commission, parks, bands, and programs were established, performed, and participated through the state of North Dakota.
