This collection contains two photographs. One of the photographs is up Gust’s in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Odegaard. This photograph is dated 1891 on the reverse of it. The second photograph is a portrait photograph of Gustav and is undated.

Biography
Gustav “Gust” Lyseng was born July 14, 1874 to Gulbrand Gilbert and Marit Endresdatter (Beito) Lyseng. They lived in several locations in Minnesota. In 1903, Gustav married Elizabeth Odegaard (1884-1966). They would have twelve children, Mabel, Gilmen, Estelle, Gladys, Alma, Gerhard, Mervin, Grace, Alice, Grant, Arley, and Norma.
