The Louis and Lou Anderson Family Record Book, is a bound hard cover book with “By Our Fireside: Family Record” printed inside. It was produced by the Horace Worth Co. out of Boston. The book has pages that have been filled in with family information including marriage, and information regarding their oldest daughter Emma Dolores born in 1920. It follows her up to age one. The book includes artifacts such as train tickets, newspaper clippings, cards and photographs.

Biography
Louis Anderson was born in Beresford, S.D. on August 11, 1890. He was the son of Peter and Johanna (Nielsen) Andersen. He moved to North Dakota and married Lou Myrthe Nelson on September 29, 1919 in Minot, N.D. She was born on March 11, 1889 in St. Thomas, N.D. She was the daughter of Martin and Emma (Stenerson) Nelson. Louis and Lou lived in New Rockford, North Dakota. He was employed as a Railroad Conductor. Louis died on May 30, 1959 and Lou died on June 25 1962 both in New Rockford.
The couple had two daughters, Dolores, born in August 28, 1920, and Jean born on September 16, 1929. Dolores married of Eldon Landblom, and worked for Lincoln Mutual Insurance Company in Fargo. She died on October 27, 2018. Jean married R. William Berg, and also lived in Fargo.
