Scope and Contents

Boxes 1, 2, and 3 contains journals, letters, postcards, news clippings, school notes and assignments, music programs, organizational materials and publications, business materials, genealogies, war documents, from the 1890s –2010s. Photocopies of post-it-notes are the donor’s thoughts and reaction as they went through the collection before donating it. These organized by Individuals and family lines: the Black family, the Jordan family, and the Schlossman family. The documents are arranged in chronological order from oldest to most recent family member. The letters are organized by the receiver.

Box 4, and Case Drawer 169 Folder 147 contains large sized documents from across the Littler, Jordan, Black, and Schlossman families with music programs, school illustrations, school papers, legal documents, community engagement materials, press clippings and full papers, music compositions, business documents, military papers, and a family genealogy.

Boxes 5, 6 have artifact that are from the Store without a Name and West Acres, photo blocks and plates, and Scrapbooks and Albums.
