The Covid 19 Collection is an artificial collection of ephemera and newspaper clippings related to the North Dakota and regional response to the Coronavirus pandemic which effected the region in early 2020.

History

COVID-19, was a contagious disease caused by the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. The first known case was identified in China in December 2019. The disease quickly spread worldwide, resulting in a global pandemic. The first confirmed case in North Dakota was identified on March 11, 2020, in Ward County. Governor Doug Burgum declared a state of emergency on March 13.
