Biography
In 1973, the Fargo Chamber of Commerce formed the Fargo Bicentennial Committee. The purpose of the committee was to develop plans to celebrate the bicentennial of the American Revolution. The committee worked closely with federal, state, and local organizations including the American Revolution Bicentennial Commission, the North Dakota Bicentennial Commission, and the Small Business Administration.
