Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Horace M. Jones Family Papers are arranged in two series: Correspondence and Subject File. The papers were purchased by Dora Snyder of Fargo at a rummage sale in the early 1940s. She acquired the papers for the postage stamps, keeping the original papers until donating them to the Institute in 1997. The Correspondence Series is organized into eight files.
