Scope and Contents From the Collection: The John Halland Papers are arranged into two series: Correspondence and Subject files. The Correspondence Series is arranged chronologically covering the period 1897 to 1919. It consists almost entirely of incoming letters and is reasonably complete for the years of 1899 to 1901.
