Scope and Content From the Collection: The Amenia and Sharon Land Company represent the most complete set of records for a North Dakota bonanza farm that have survived. The records were deposited in the Institute by members of the Chaffee family over a span of twenty years. Inventories of the early records were compiled by William C.
