Scope and Content From the Collection: The William Ballou Photograph collection contains 5 items. Three are photographic prints, one is of William Ballou as an elderly man, the second print appears to be a copy made from a painting, and the third is a photographic postcard of William Ballou with Emil Seidel, Milwaukee Mayor (1910-1912), S.B.
