Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The Ignatius Volk Family Collection consists of one artifact: a crucifix. The crucifix, circa 1922, is cream-colored, celluloid, and hollow. It has a trefoil on each end and has embossed, pink and green tinted roses on each. A scroll with I.N. R.I. is present over the figure of Jesus. The crucifix has a hanger at top with small loop of red wool in it. The crucifix belonged to Ignatius Volk.
