The Bernd Längin Collection consists of 48 books written in German and English, dating from 1925 to 1988, and loose material that was found in some of these books. The collection is divided into three series: Notes, Subject, and Book.

The Notes Series is comprised of loose material that was discovered in some of the donated books. These materials were pulled out of the books and are organized by the book from which they were found.

The Subject Series contains only one item. This is a pamphlet for an exhibit from 2002 in Memphis, Tennessee. The title of the exhibit is “Czars: 400 Years of Imperial Grandeur.”

The Book Series is the largest series in the collection. The majority of the books are in the German language but a few are in English. These books have all been cataloged and placed into the GRHC Library.
