The June Schloss Collection consists of a cookbook compiled by June Schloss, titled “German Recipes: M-m-m Es Schmackt aber gut”. This five page booklet of recipes of traditional German cuisine was created for a senior citizens group to pass out to children in April of 1984. Contributors to this book include: Theresia Haffner, Lena Neis, Agnes Grossman, Mabel Swanson, and June Schloss, all of Esmond. Also contained within this collection is a color copy of the cookbook.
