Scope and Contents

The Flasher, ND Collection contains a postcard with an image of a Farmers Elevator burning. Five men are standing on the right side of the photograph. The location is unknown. The post card was addressed to a Mrs. Chas Davis and sent on August 20, 1913, postmarked in Flasher, ND. The message reads, “Dear Mrs. D. Arrived home safely. Everything went off as planned. Have not received my truck yet. Think it is lost. Am mad about it. Have not had time to be lonesome yet. How are the neighbors? Will write soon. Frances”
