 Collection
Identifier: GRHC 121

Scope and Contents

The German Russian Cultural Preservation Foundation Collection consists of the records of the GRCPF. The records include correspondence, meeting minutes, financial records, tax information, and project information. The collection dates from 1999 to 2011. The collection has been arranged into four series: GRCPF, Meeting Minutes, Financial, and Project.

The GRCPF Series contains information that relates directly to the internal workings of the German Russian Cultural Preservation Foundation, primarily from the founding and closing of the GRCPF. This includes signed agreements from board members, correspondence, finances, and incorporation.

The Meeting Minutes Series is comprised of the meeting minutes of the GRCPF. The GRCPF would meet several times during the year, so the series has been organized chronologically. The series dates from 1999 to 2007.

The largest series in the collection is the Financial Series. This series includes the many financial records of the GRCPF, including reports, bank statements, receipts, and tax information. Most of the series has been arranged chronologically, spanning from 1999 to 2011. The series has been organized into seven sub-series: Annual Reports, Bank Statements, Expenses and Income, EIN, Financial Receipts and Donations, IRS, and Taxes.

The Projects Series consists of records relating to projects of the GRCPF. The series includes information on the Kutschurgan documentary as well as information, correspondence, and donation records relating to the Landau orphanage. The series dates from 1999 to 2011 and has been arranged into two sub-series: Kutschurgan and Landau.
