1. Passport, Russian. Tina[?] and Jno [Jonathan] Ell, dated 1906. Names listed: Jno Ell, Petter Ell, Terasig [Theresa] Ell, Frank Ell, Wendel Ell, Mike Ell, Hazel Ell, Jack Ell, Philip Ell.
2. Cabinet photograph, couple with young boy and toddler. Inscribed on back, “J___ 1889.” Photographer in Simferopol, Crimea, Ukraine. Condition: image torn from lower center of photograph; two areas of surface missing on back including part of text. [Couple are likely John Ell Sr.; wife Eleanor; son John Jr. b. 1886; son Phillip b. 1889.]
3. Document: Declaration of Intention, State of North Dakota, Pierce County, for John Ell Jr., born in Krem, Russia 26 Sept 1886, living in Silva, ND. Arrived on vessel Marion in Port of New York on or about 12th April 1906. Wife is Frances living in Silva, ND. Signed 17 Mar 1917.
4. Certificate of Citizenship for John Ell Jr. residing in Devils Lake, ND, dated 22 May 1937. Has photo inscribed “John Ell Jr.”
