Biographical / Historical

Candace “Candy” Skauge was born in 1953 in North Dakota. She was raised in Fargo and West Fargo and lives in Lake Park, Minnesota. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor of science in Art and a minor in sociology. She currently works as an archives technician at the North Dakota State University Archives.

She and her husband Dick have three children and five grandchildren. Other than work she is active in the arts community doing painting and ceramics.
