As Director of the Institute for the Study of Cultural Diversity, Dr. Littlefield is responsible for the leadership and administration of the institute’s activities, including course offerings, research, advocacy and the development of collaborative efforts that support the creation of a diverse and inclusive environment for all students. He has a wealth of experience in the intercultural communication field, having been teaching and conducting research on this topic for over 40 years.
