Abstract Interview conducted by Leonard Sackett of the Institute in which McKinnon talks about his father, James McKinnon, a Scottish immigrant to Woodstock, Ontario, Canada and in 1881 to Mapleton, N.D. where he farmed. He also mentions Stevenson Dunlop who was a land realtor and large farmer near Mapleton, Duncan Brownlee, and Mapleton, N.D. Also in the file are two clippings concerning Mr. McKinnon's death.
