Oscar H. Elmer Papers

Abstract Rev. Elmer became the first pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Moorhead when it was organized in 1872. He was also instrumental in organizing churches at Fargo, Grand Forks, Casselton, Wheatland, Tower City, and Mapleton.
