Abstract The Great Plains Produce Association was founded circa 1980 in the Fargo, North Dakota-Moorhead, Minnesota area. It is a non-profit corporation dedicated to serving the local farm produce interests of North Dakota, northern South Dakota, and western Minnesota. Its stated purpose was to promote the production and use of locally grown vegetables, fruits, and flowers.
