Abstract The Plain Foods Co-op records document the activities of the store from 1975 to 2002, though the majority of the collection dates from the late 1980s and early 1990s. Although the collection consists of documents reflecting all aspects of the business, of primary significance is the nearly complete run of newsletters, published monthly from 1975 to 1991.
