Wagner was a partner with his brother-in-law Arvid
Scherling in 1924 and 1925. A 1925 source lists the
name of their studio as, Owl Studio and also Scherling & Wagner.
In 1984 he was living in St. Paul, Minnesota. Nothing else is known
of Mr. Wagner. 1920s photographers
