About the Committee:

Per the Article V, Section 3. Library of the Faculty Senate Bylaws (March 23, 2021):

1. Voting membership (thirteen members):

1. One faculty member from each representation unit.
2. Two students (one undergraduate and one graduate), appointed by the Student Government.
3. One staff member, appointed by the Staff Senate.
4. One representative from Information Technology Services.
5. One faculty representative of the Graduate School, designated by the Dean of the Graduate School.
6. Dean of Libraries.

2. Non-voting membership:

1. There are no non-voting members for this committee.

3. Terms and limits:

1. No term or limit on consecutive terms has been designated.

4. Committee responsibilities:

1. Formulate policy recommendations for the NDSU Libraries.
